At Youly, we’re passionate about women’s health and providing the support you need to live your best life. Our dedicated medical team will assess each patient individually. If your assigned clinician is concerned about a prolonged health condition, or believes that you should visit another GP in person to be further assessed, you will not be issued a medical certificate and they will provide you with some recommendations on next steps.
What is the number of days the medical certificate covers?
Our medical certificates cover up to 3 days from when the medical certificate is requested. You can specify how many days you require within the questionnaire.
When will I receive my Medical Certificate?
We use a secure digital platform to provide discreet and affordable access to medical certificates and treatments from an Australian based medical team. Once approved, the convenience of online healthcare and consultations allows us to electronically deliver your medical certificate in an instant.

Who will sign my medical certificate?

Is a telehealth call required?
One of our clinicians will assess your responses to the questionnaire to determine whether a call is required. Our medical team is dedicated to providing the highest standard of healthcare and will assess each patient individually. If the clinician does require a call, this is typically brief and you will not be charged any additional amount for the call.
