Our doctors provide the highest standard of healthcare, which means that each patient is assessed on an individual basis. If our doctor determines that it is not safe for you to be prescribed a sleep treatment, or believes that you should visit another GP in person to be further assessed, you will not be issued a prescription and they will provide you with some recommendations on next steps. If this occurs, your consult fee will be full refunded.
We cannot provide sleep treatments such as Benzodiazepines (benzos) as they are potentially habit forming drugs. If this is something you think you need, please speak to your GP.
A doctor will review your assessment and respond within 24 hours. In most cases it will be much sooner than this.
We don't believe in annual subscriptions or membership fees. You only ever pay for your doctors consultation (if needed) and your medication.
Yes, you can cancel at any time! However given there's no ongoing or annual fees, it's best to delay and repeats if you don't yet require them so you can use them later on!
Once your sleep treatment has been paid for, we will ship with free express delivery to anywhere in Australia, meaning your package should arrive within 1-3 days. Your product is shipped in an Australia Post package, which means it will be completely discreet.
Yes, as part of joining Youly, we will handle your repeat deliveries to ensure that you never miss one. If you ever wish to stop receiving your sleep treatment, just cancel in the patient platform, or alternatively email email@example.com.
